These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Traceify AI website and services available at traceify.tech. By using Traceify AI in any way, including purchasing a Report, you confirm your full agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Traceify AI is an AI-powered people intelligence platform that generates reports based on publicly available data.

1.2. By accessing or using Traceify AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3. Traceify AI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Definitions

2.1. Report — A comprehensive AI-generated intelligence profile about an individual, based on publicly available information.

2.2. User — Any person who accesses or uses Traceify AI services.

2.3. Account — A registered profile created by the User to access Traceify AI services.

2.4. Services — All features and offerings provided by Traceify AI, including report generation.

2.5. Plan — A purchased package (Basic, Standard, or Premium) that grants access to Report generation.

3. Account

3.1. To access reports and manage your history, you must create an Account by providing your email address and setting a password.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities under your Account.

3.3. If you wish to delete your Account, contact us at support@traceify.tech.

4. Reports

4.1. Reports are generated using AI and publicly available data sources. Results may vary depending on data availability.

4.2. Each purchased Report is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the Report will no longer be accessible.

4.3. Traceify AI does not guarantee the complete accuracy of the information provided in the Report.

4.4. Reports are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for major decisions.

4.5. Reselling or redistributing Reports for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

4.6. The Report is made available immediately upon successful payment. The User can access the Report through their Account or via the link sent to their email.

Traceify AI Reports are for personal informational purposes only. Reports must NOT be used for:

Employment screening or hiring decisions
Tenant screening or rental agreement decisions
Credit decisions or financial assessments
Law enforcement or investigative purposes
Any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar consumer protection laws
Commercial resale or redistribution of Report data
Harassment, stalking, or any harmful activity against any individual

Traceify AI is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the FCRA. By purchasing a Report, you confirm that you will not use it for any of the above prohibited purposes.

5. Refund Policy

📋 Refund Policy — Please Read Carefully

✅ Refund Eligible:

If your payment was successful but the Report was not generated due to a technical error on our side.
If you experienced a duplicate charge for the same order.

❌ No Refund in the Following Cases:

Once the Report has been generated and made accessible to you, no refund will be issued regardless of whether you viewed it or not.
If you are unsatisfied with the content of the Report — since Reports are based on publicly available data and accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
If you change your mind after completing the purchase.
If the Report does not contain the specific information you were looking for — data availability varies by individual.
If you purchased the wrong plan or entered incorrect information.

5.1. By completing a purchase on Traceify AI, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

5.2. To request a refund (where eligible), contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@traceify.tech with your Order ID and reason.

5.3. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

6. Payment

6.1. Traceify AI accepts the following payment methods:

Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
PayPal
Stripe
Bank Transfer
Cryptocurrency
Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

6.2. Payment must be received before a Report is generated. Services are activated immediately upon successful payment.

6.3. Traceify AI reserves the right to change pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price.

6.4. Traceify AI may offer promotional discount codes. These are subject to availability and expiry conditions set by Traceify AI.

6.5. Users paying via cryptocurrency assume full responsibility for ensuring the legality of such payments in their jurisdiction.

7. User Responsibilities

The User agrees to:

Not use Traceify AI for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
Not use Reports to harass, stalk, or harm any individual.
Not resell or redistribute Reports without written permission from Traceify AI.
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using our services.
Not collect or store personal data about other individuals in violation of applicable data protection laws.
Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape Traceify AI.
Not use Reports for employment screening, tenant screening, credit decisions, or any FCRA regulated purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on Traceify AI — including design, code, branding, and reports — is the property of Traceify AI or its licensors.

8.2. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Traceify AI content without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Traceify AI is not liable for any decisions made by Users based on the information in Reports.

9.2. Traceify AI is not responsible for inaccuracies in data sourced from third-party databases or public records.

9.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traceify AI's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific Report in question.

9.4. Traceify AI is not a consumer reporting agency and Reports must not be used for employment screening, tenant screening, rental agreements, credit decisions, or any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws.

10. Privacy

10.1. Use of Traceify AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10.2. By using Traceify AI, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

11. Force Majeure

11.1. Traceify AI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, government actions, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.

12. Termination

12.1. Traceify AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User's access to the platform if these Terms are violated.

12.2. Users who violate these Terms will not be entitled to any refund for unused services.

13. Changes to Services

13.1. Traceify AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

13.2. Users will be notified of significant changes via the email associated with their Account.

14. Governing Law

14.1. These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate legal authorities.
