3. Publicly Available Profile Data

3.1. When generating Reports, Traceify AI processes publicly available information about the searched person from public sources such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other public databases.

3.2. The data collected from public profiles may include:

Profile photo (if publicly visible)
Location (if publicly available on the profile)
Gender (if publicly available)
Employment / Work information (if publicly available)
Education (if publicly available)

3.3. If a profile is private, no personal data beyond the name is collected or included in the Report.

3.4. We do not have direct contact with the searched person. All data used in Reports is limited to information that is publicly available and voluntarily shared by that individual online.

3.5. Reports must not be used for employment screening, tenant screening, credit decisions, or any purpose regulated by consumer protection or data protection laws.

4. Payment Processing

4.1. Payments on Traceify AI are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We accept:
